Most tools force work into rigid lists, scattered docs, or chat threads. But real work does not start clean.

It begins as notes, meetings, screenshots, half-decisions, open questions, research piles, leads, deadlines, and things you need to remember.

I built Superboard because I was using a popular kanban tool for real projects, hit hard limits, and got tired of waiting. I needed a board that could handle real history, real chaos, and real scale - not a demo.

It is built for founders and operators, but also for regular people: the guy running a kids soccer league, a teacher managing curriculum and classroom logistics, a parent juggling family schedules, or anyone who has too many moving parts and wants one clear place to stay on top of it all.

Superboard is already a fast, spatial board with room to think.

Cards hold working details, attachments, comments, and supported recovery history. Trello import brings existing board work into You.one, with a report of what was copied and what needs review.

But the real point is not just a better board.

The point is a board that becomes alive.

Work is not only outcomes delivered. It is also sensemaking - refining ideas, organizing research, making decisions, and turning chaos into clarity.

Superboard treats the board as the living picture of what is happening and what could become real.

A card is not just a placeholder like old kanban tools. It is where the work actually gets done and tracked.

The direction is to keep the conversation, supporting material, and next steps together rather than split across disconnected tools. My own development workflow helps test that idea; it is not a claim that every agent integration is available to customers.

The aim is less repeated context, clearer next steps, and progress that remains visible. Opening the Board should not mean starting over with another assistant.

More autonomous execution is a product direction, not a blanket promise of current capability. Permissions and human judgment remain boundaries.
